What is the pre-sale password for Swan lake ballet tickets from ticketek?

I am a ticketek member and always get those emails about pre-sale tickets and what events are coming up. I found out pre-sale tickets are avalable for swan lake from 14th-28th May but got no email with the password! How frustrating! Does anyone know the password??!!
